If you like to play a mature, classic style golf course, then The Bridges at Tillsonburg will appeal to you. Founded in 1925 and formerly known as The Tillsonburg Golf and Country Club, it expanded to an 18-hole, par 70 beauty in 2009.
The Bridges offers the best of traditional course style, mixing in beautiful views and elevation changes in 10 new holes that wind through a river valley. Many of the new holes have been carefully carved out of nature and appear to have been there for decades. While it doesn’t require ‘Master’ shot-making ability, the new layout can present a challenge for even highly skilled players. Not long by today’s standards, it will require accuracy and course management on many of the new holes.
