Osprey Valley features three distinctive 18-hole championship courses designed by acclaimed Canadian architect, Doug Carrick

Heathlands Course

Osprey Valley Heathlands opened in 1991, designed by Ontario Golf Hall of Fame course architect, Doug Carrick, and is purported to be the very first links style course to be built in Ontario. Although inland, the course manages to effectively emulate traditional Scottish links, with its rolling dunes covered with fescue grasses and pot bunkers. Like many courses in Scotland, Heathlands is even built between a road line and a rail line. The course’s tight, undulating fairways make it perhaps, the most challenging course in Osprey Valley, and true golfers inevitably fall in love with it.

Hoot Course

Winding strategically through a captivating pine forest, similar to Pine Valley in the United States, Hoot is our wasteland style course, characterized by striking level changes and dramatic sand bunkers from tee to green. In fact, some of Hoot’s ragged bunkers are so vast that a fairway bunker will become a greenside bunker, or even overtake the cart path. Hoot features panoramic tee shots, a diverse variety of risk/reward shots and precise water hazards. More than 3,000 trees were transplanted to create the incredible, natural feel of the towering pine forest, and there is a beautiful waterfall in the design of the seventeenth hole.

Toot Course

Pastoral in setting, greener and lusher than its fellows, Toot is a visually arresting North American parkland course and a delight for golfers of all abilities to play. Naturally rolling fairways with generous landing areas make it the most player friendly of our courses, but look out for challenging approach shots to wide, undulating greens featuring artistically sculpted bunkers cut close to the putting surfaces.
