Set in the Santa Susana Mountains, The Sky Course at Lost Canyons follows the canyon ridgelines providing incredible panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Designed by legendary golf architect Pete Dye, with assistance from Master’s Champion Fred Couples, it’s no wonder Lost Canyons has a reputation for being one of the best public courses in the Los Angeles area.
Although it’s located just minutes from downtown Los Angeles, this course seems a world away. The Sky Course at Lost Canyons is one of the most scenic tracks in the LA area (including private clubs), but is also known for its challenging take on the game. This is a very difficult course; so don’t expect miracles on the scorecard. However, even if you don’t shoot your best score, you will still play some great golf. And that always makes for a successful day out.
